Claus catalyst AOK-75-46 for use in Sulphur Recovery Units (SRU)

Manufactured according to Standard TU 6-68-235-2011


Composition:
Titania catalyst is used for conversion of hydrogen sulfide and COS и CS2 when processing natural and industrial gases of different origin.
Three grades of catalyst AOK-75-46 (A, B and V) with different content of titanium dioxide (IV) are available.
Catalyst AOK-75-46 is used as the bottom bed catalyst at the first, second and third converters in Claus SRU.
Catalyst AOK-75-46, Grades B and V, can be used in SRU for hydrogen sulfide direct oxidation and are also recommended for processing gases with increased content of CS2, COS, HCN.

Catalyst АОК-75-44 for selective oxidation of hydrogen sulfide to sulfur

Catalyst AOK-75-44 is intended for H2S removal from natural, associated and industrial gas using technologies of H2S selective oxidization to sulfur at 220-230°C and water vapor content 3-30 wt.%.
